Stop self-pity
1) Awareness - Work on identification of self-pity. Differentiate genuine feelings of sadness with the destructive selfishness of self pity. 2) Zero Tolerance - Don’t allow yourself to go there. Demand optimism and positive action from yourself. 3) Practice Gratitude - Develop the habit of being thankful. Be happy.
